From Brompton Bridge to Buttington Bridge

In contrast to yesterdays section this stretch takes the walker over a flat trail - the valleys of Caebitra and Camlad which are surrounded by hills, Kerry Hill Ridge and Town Hill, that you don´t have to climb. Nevertheless, a detour in form of a circular walk up to Town Hill near Montgomery is given in the guide.

Although the going is mostly flat and straight onward, don´t think that this spells boredom. Fields, meadows, brooks make up for a wonderful relaxing day (smooth going that you earned the day before). And take your time in Montgomery! Be sure that you don´t miss the castle ruins on the rocky site overlooking the town.
