Order, Payment and Delivery
a) Please order by using the form provided.
 
b) Once you have browsed walk-in-europe.com and decided that you want to buy a guide, map or something else, you can choose from a range of payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, cheques, bank transfer or postal orders denominated in Euro (€) as payment. Payment is due as soon as the order is delivered to you. Please do not delay the payment. On default of payment despite reminder we are entitled to charge interests of 5%.
 
c) Delivery will be carried out by national and international postal services. Delivery times and rates are calculated in the list below:

How to pay?
You can pay by credit card, PayPal, cheque, postal order, bank draft or cash in Euro (Most countries have a signed-for Air Mail service that makes posting cash secure.).
After you placed your order a page will appear where you can choose your preferred method of payment. If you pay by postal order, bank draft or in cash wait for our email which will contain all necessary information.
Dispatch & Delivery Rates
Shipping of Trackpacks, books and guides will usually be processed at once (if an item is out of stock we will notify you by mail with the expected time of delivery).
Dispatch of CD-ROMs, DVDs, Films and maps will be processed in 5 - 10 working days.

Applicable Law
This website is maintained through the walk-in-europe.com and fernwege.de offices located in Roxheim and Bochum, Germany. Accordingly, this agreement shall be deemed to have been made in Germany and shall be governed exclusively by German law. By using this website, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Germany.
 
The parties agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any claims will be settled in German courts.

Your privacy is your right. The personal information you submit to walk-in-europe.com will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties in any form, for any purposes, at any time. We will not disclose your sales history to third parties for any purposes, at any time. The items you purchase will not be shared with other businesses or customers, period, online or off.
