So here is what you need on your walks. It is a complete list for everything you need on long-distance walks without mountaineering. Some things are a bit of "luxury" so that the list may be shortened.
Please adapt the list to the weather conditions which are propable for your walk.
Even with the camping items the weight of the mentioned items won't exceed 12 kilograms.
