From Borgholzhausen to Bielefeld

After about two thirds of the way the Hermanns' Walk crosses a bigger place for the first time. You leave Borgholzhausen and continue your walk along the ridgeway. At Werther Schanze you once more have a brillant view to the North.

You will pass nature reserves as well as a zoo and a farmhouse open-air museum. This fifth leg finally ends at a medieval Sparrenburg castle with a terrific view overlooking the centre of Bielefeld.
