From Hörstel to Tecklenburg

Today you ascend to the Teutoburg Forest. The ridge describes a long stretched curve to the right and you will follow it until the end of the walk. The way passes deciduous forest with occasional distant views of the surrounding countryside.

At Ibbenbüren you pass a formation of rocks called the Dörenther Klippen. And at the end of the second leg you come to Tecklenburg, a small town with a historic centre that is worth a visit.
